The smoothness in this particular cloud and mist green tea immediately won us over. Most clouds and mist green teas carry a recognizable light, grassy taste. In comparison, the texture for this particular tea was especially smooth with no roughness whatsoever, allowing for the familiar sweetness to become more obvious.
The quality largely owes itself to the cool and misty climate in the Zhejiang province and better processing technique. Due to this tea's delicate nature, the water cannot be too hot and leaves should not be steeped for too long.
